Welcome — I am so happy you stopped by. If you have been feeling that your life has no structure, or that your values are not yet reflected outwardly — perhaps you are educated, with a great career, and yet something is missing — you are in exactly the right place. I am a certified health coach, wellness curriculum architect, trauma-informed educator, and faith-based community health advocate. I have been where you are. Everything I have built — the coaching practice, The Divine Design™ curriculum, the nonprofit campus in development — was built for exactly the person you are right now. My approach integrates medical-grade anatomical education, trauma-informed healing, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and daily spiritual fortification through Christ — treating body, soul, and spirit as the one inseparable system they were always designed to be.
